Narrative

(reddish blonde) was a school teacher at the Elmwood Park School where I later attended when my parents moved to the suburbs. She suffered a nervous breakdown due to an Italian mother coming to school with a knife because she had reprimanded her son. Isolda also had a broken romance. She never recovered. On occasion, Great Aunt Dorothy would bring her for a visit from "The Home". We'd have cocoa and cookies. She loved it when my brother was there.
