        Aunt Edna (Jan 22, 1903-November 11, 1980) spent several weeks with us on Keeler
        Avenue. She played piano beautifully, all by ear. On July 7, 1947, relatively late in her life, she
        married Jim Burkell. He was a salesman for National Cash Registers. He was given the choice
        of selling either mechanical registers or the new electrical ones. He chose mechanical, a big
        mistake. Prior to his marriage, he was a drummer in Harry James Band. They lived in Naples,
        Florida and didn't have any children. I met him only a few times and was a very likable person.
        Aunt Edna shared many stories about my dad with my sister and me, but unfortunately, we
        forgot much of what she told us. This was at a time when we stayed with my aunt in Naples,
        Florida, while dad was recovering from his heart attack at the Naples Hospital. She died on
        November 11, 1980.
